One banana, one apple , one handful of kale or spinach one tablespoon of chia seeds 1 tbsp of almonds, half TSP of cinnamon 1cup of liquid (either water, your favorite milk,or coconut water) one cup of ice , put all the ingredients  in the blender and make a smooth paste.
